Careers at First QR
Help local shops win their regulars back
First QR turns a printed QR code into a loyalty program any shop can run. Join us and build the tools neighbourhood businesses across India use every single day.

Work that shows up at the counter
Real local impact
What you build is used at a chai stall, a salon or a gym counter within days, and helps a small business win back its regular customers.
Ship and learn fast
We release small improvements often and talk to shop owners directly, so good ideas reach real customers quickly.
Small team, real ownership
You own a problem from the first chat with a shop owner to the feature that solves it, with no layers in between.
Built in India, for India
We design for how Indian shops actually work: UPI at the counter, WhatsApp for everything, and a printed QR next to the till.
