Next reward

10 visits → ₹100 voucher

Lives on the customer’s phone. No app download.

Designed around current Indian counter behaviour: QR codes are widely used by small merchants because they are low-cost and quick to deploy. Read PwC’s Indian Payments Handbook.

The opportunity

Give a good experience a reason to repeat.

Quick-commerce apps compete with kirana and retail stores on speed and discounts. What they cannot copy is the relationship you already have with your neighbourhood. A loyalty card rewards that relationship and gives customers a reason to walk in instead of ordering.

Customers already have their phone in hand to pay by UPI. Place your loyalty QR right next to the UPI scanner and collecting a stamp becomes part of paying.

A practical loyalty principle: reward a behaviour you can see and want more of—another visit, another session, another completed order—not a vague promise.

Give staff one line to use: “Scan here—your next visit gets you closer to a reward.”

Make it work

Small settings, better habits.

Use these as your starting point, then tune them to your busiest days and most valuable customers.

  • Use a minimum bill rule (e.g. ₹300) and tell staff.
  • A 24-hour cooldown works well.
  • Put the QR next to the UPI scanner. They are already holding the phone.

Common questions

Before you print the QR

Clear answers before you launch your kirana & retail stores loyalty card.

Still have a question? Talk to us
01 Is it different from the UPI QR code?

Yes. It is a separate QR for your loyalty card. Place it next to your UPI QR so customers scan both at the same time.

02 Will older customers be able to use it?

If they can scan a UPI QR, they can scan this. It opens in the browser and they sign in with one tap.

03 How much does a loyalty program cost for a single shop?

The Basic plan for one location is ₹999 a year, with unlimited customers and scans, after a free trial.
